Network Maintenance. DSM Telecom and its suppliers shall on a regular basis maintain the network for optimum performance. DSM Telecom maintenance windows shall be performed by DSM Telecom and its suppliers without further notification to the DSMTel at low usage times which are typically between 2am and 5am once per week. Major maintenance windows where service impairment may last longer than ten minutes will be scheduled and a notification will be sent to the Customer.
