Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades. Distribution Provider or Distribution Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades. Network Upgrades shall be designed, procured, and constructed in accordance with the CAISO Tariff. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs related to Distribution Upgrades or Network Upgrades.
