Common use of Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades Clause in Contracts

Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades. The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades described in Appendix A. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs related to Distribution Upgrades. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Distribution Upgrades and Network Upgrades, they shall be funded by the Interconnection Customer in an amount determined pursuant to the methodology set forth in Section 13 of the LGIP. This specific amount is set forth in Appendix G to this LGIA.
