New Certificated Positions. New certificated positions which are established during the term of this Agreement shall first be reviewed by the District and the Association as to their inclusion in the bargaining unit, and shall thereafter be accredited to the unit if the positions share a community of interest with the existing unit. In the event the parties fail to agree on the inclusion or exclusion of the positions, the dispute will be referred to the Public Employment Relations Board for a decision.
New Certificated Positions. The District will notify the Association if a new certificated position will be placed on the Certificated Management Schedule or the Certificated Teacher Salary Schedule.
