TEACHER SALARY SCHEDULE. The current teacher salary schedule (Appendix A) will be effective for the 2023-2024 school years. Extended certified staff contracts will be determined by dividing the individual teacher's base salary by 186 and multiplying times the number of contract days approved. Teachers who are assigned to teach with no planning period assigned shall receive 20% of the base salary as additional pay. Beginning with persons employed July 1, 1981, full credit will be given for outside experience. Teachers may not move more than one step vertically in a given year, with the exception of the 2012- 13 school year.
TEACHER SALARY SCHEDULE. A. See attached 2019-2022 salary schedule.

TEACHER SALARY SCHEDULE. All improvements in salaries and benefits agreed to in the tentative agreement dated February 8, 2007 shall be applicable to Wolverine staff. Wolverine staff shall be required to work 192 work days in the 2006-07 school year and 188 work days in the 2007-08 and 2008-09 school years. Schedule B and C shall not be applicable to Wolverine staff in the same manner as the schedule is applicable to K – 12 teachers, i.e., if a Wolverine teacher is selected as a coach they shall be compensated as provided for in the appropriate schedule.

TEACHER SALARY SCHEDULE. A. Salaries shall be based upon an index salary schedule with a BA-0 base salary as listed below. 2021-2022 $38,113.00 2022-2023 $38,875.00 B. Teacher Supplemental Salary Schedule See attached Appendix B.
TEACHER SALARY SCHEDULE. A. 1. The 2003-2004 base salaries shall be increased by 3.2% for 2004-05. The 2004-05 salaries shall be increased by 3.3% for 2005-06. The 2005-06 salaries shall be increased by 3.3% for 2006-07.
TEACHER SALARY SCHEDULE. The current teacher salary schedule (Appendix A) will be effective for the 2015-2016 school years. Teachers who were placed in the BS+48, BS+60, and BS+72 columns of the 1999-2000 teacher salary schedule and who will suffer financially in the transition from the 1999-2000 teacher salary schedule to the 2000-2001 teacher salary schedule shall receive an additional off schedule salary payment. This off schedule salary payment may increase when teachers become eligible for additional vertical steps that were included in the 1999-2000 teacher salary schedule. Should any of these teachers qualify for a horizontal salary advancement on the current schedule, their additional off schedule salary will decrease by the amount of the horizontal salary advancement increase. In order to calculate these differences, both the 2000-2001 teacher salary schedule (Appendix B) and the 1999-2000 teacher salary schedule (Appendix C) shall be included in this negotiated agreement as a reference for as long as any of the ten teachers continue to qualify for an off schedule salary payment, thereby insuring that the ten affected teachers will not be negatively impacted by this transition. The superintendent shall maintain a worksheet that includes these annual off schedule salary payment calculations.
TEACHER SALARY SCHEDULE. A. The teacher salary schedule for the period September 1, 2016, to August 31, 2017, shall be increased by 1.5% above the salary schedule for February 1, 2016. The teacher salary schedule for September 1, 2017, and ending August 31, 2018, shall be increased by 1.5% above the prior year’s salary schedule. The teacher salary schedule for September 1, 2018, and ending August 31, 2019, shall be increased by 1.3% above the prior year’s salary schedule. The teacher salary schedule for September 1, 2019, and ending August 31, 2020, shall be increased by 1.2% above the prior year’s salary schedule. Those teachers who were employed in the District in 2013 – 2014 who return to the District in 2014 – 2015 shall receive an off schedule recurring salary payment of $1750. This amount shall be prorated for part-time staff (see Exhibit C).
B. Effective September 30, 2015 additional steps shall be added to the salary schedule as Steps 2A, 6A, 11A, 14A. The new steps shall be derived by adding half of the difference between the numbered step and the following step (i.e. 2A shall be half the difference between 2 and 3). Effective September 1, 2016 the existing steps 1 through 15 shall be renumbered 1 through 19.
TEACHER SALARY SCHEDULE. A. The teacher salary schedule for the period September 1, 2021, to August 31, 2022 (Exhibit A1) is 1.700% above the salary schedule for September 1, 2020. The teacher salary schedule for September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2023 shall be generated by increasing the salary schedule for September 1, 2021 by either 1.250%, 1.375%, 1.500%, 1.625%, or 1.750% as determined by the Salary Range Adjustment Model found in Exhibit A2. The teacher salary schedule for September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2024 shall be generated by increasing the salary schedule for September 1, 2022 by either 1.250%, 1.375%, 1.500%, 1.625%, or 1.750% as determined by the Salary Range Adjustment Model found in Exhibit A2.
B. Those teachers who were employed in the District in 2013-2014 who return to the District in 2014-2015 shall receive an off schedule recurring salary payment of $1750. This amount shall be prorated for part-time staff.
