New Construction/Loss Adjustment. During the term of this Agreement, the Assessor shall physically observe all new construction and real estate improvements through cooperation with the respective Zoning Administrators and Building Departments and will review all building permits. The Assessor shall obtain copies of the building permits from the Clinton and Xxxxx County Building Departments. Likewise, the Assessor shall physically observe damaged or destroyed properties with respect to the making of any loss adjustments as shall be necessary in the performance of the Assessor's duties. To assist with this requirement, parties shall each also supply the Assessor with a copy of all fire calls involving improved properties with permanent parcel number attached.

New Construction/Loss Adjustment. During the term of this Agreement, the Contractor in collaboration with City Assessing Office staff shall physically observe all new construction and real estate improvements through cooperation with the Zoning Administrator, and or Building Inspector and will review all building permits. The Contractor shall obtain copies of the building permits from the Building Department. Likewise, the Contractor shall physically observe damaged or destroyed properties with respect to the making of any loss adjustments as shall be necessary in the performance of her duties. To assist with this requirement, the City shall also supply the Contractor with a copy of all fire calls involving improved properties with permanent parcel number attached.

  • Cost of Living Adjustments Effective December 1, 2021, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by two and five tenths percent (2.5%) but not less than eighty-five dollars ($85) per month (prorated for part-time employees). Effective December 1, 2022, Compensation Plan salary rates shall be increased by three and one tenth percent (3.1%) but not less than one hundred dollars ($100) per month (prorated for part-time employees). (See Appendix C & E.)

  • Construction Cost Budget The total cost to District of all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Architect, as adjusted at the end of each design phase in accordance with this Agreement. The Construction Cost Budget does not include the compensation of the Architect and the Architect’s Consultants, the cost of land, rights-of-way, financing or other costs which are the responsibility of the District, including construction management.

  • Cost of Living Adjustment For each year following the Initial Term, unless the parties shall otherwise agree and provided that the service mix and volumes remain consistent as previously provided in the Initial Term, the total fee for all services shall equal the fee that would be charged for the same services based on a fee rate (as reflected in a fee rate schedule) increased by the percentage increase for the twelve-month period of such previous calendar year of the CPI-W (defined below) or, in the event that publication of such index is terminated, any successor or substitute index, appropriately adjusted, acceptable to both parties. As used herein, “CPI-W” shall mean the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers (Area: Boston-Brockton-Nashua, MA-NH-ME-CT; Base Period: 1982-84=100), as published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics.

  • Special Basis Adjustments In connection with any assignment or transfer of a Partnership interest permitted by the terms of this Agreement, the General Partner may cause the Partnership, on behalf of the Partners and at the time and in the manner provided in Treasury Regulations Section 1.754-1(b), to make an election to adjust the basis of the Partnership’s property in the manner provided in Sections 734(b) and 743(b) of the Code.

  • Cost Adjustments Both parties agree that contracted prices shall be fixed for the first 12 months of this Contract. Contractor must submit to District any proposed cost adjustments at least 60 days before the proposed effective date of such increases with a detailed explanation for each adjustment. District alone reserves the right to reject any changes to this Contract it deems unacceptable.

  • Construction, Etc Each covenant contained herein shall be construed (absent express provision to the contrary) as being independent of each other covenant contained herein, so that compliance with any one covenant shall not (absent such an express contrary provision) be deemed to excuse compliance with any other covenant. Where any provision herein refers to action to be taken by any Person, or which such Person is prohibited from taking, such provision shall be applicable whether such action is taken directly or indirectly by such Person. For the avoidance of doubt, all Schedules and Exhibits attached to this Agreement shall be deemed to be a part hereof.

  • ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.
