New Employee Evaluations. a. During the probationary period employees will have at least two (2) evaluations. The first evaluation will be within sixty working (60) days of employment, and the second will be within one hundred working (100) days of employment. After the second evaluation, if it is determined that an extended probation is necessary the District and the Association will mutually agree to an extension up to fifty (50) working days. The extension will be accompanied by a Plan for Improvement which will detail the areas of improvement necessary, the timeline and the process for achieving the improvements.
