New Employee Notifications. ‌ The COUNTY will furnish within ten (10) calendar days of the date of hire to the UNION an electronic list, in Excel or similar spreadsheet, of new employees, who have accepted positions represented by the UNION, along with anticipated start dates, or notification of no new bargaining unit employees, by the close of business each Friday. The list will contain the name, employee ID number, classification, position number, department, position status, date of employment, bargaining unit designation and any other employee information in the COUNTY’s records that the COUNTY is legally obligated to provide.
