Uniform Application. Any rule, regulation, policy or procedure issued under the Management Rights clause shall be uniformly and equitably applied and enforced to all affected employees who are similarly situated.
Uniform Application. Work rules, general orders and departmental directives shall be subject to uniform application and interpretation as to members including when used as the basis for discipline.
Uniform Application. The applied music instruction pay rate shall be applied uniformly at the college.
Uniform Application. The provisions of this Agreement shall be applied in a uniform fashion to all Bargaining Unit Members.
Uniform Application. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be interpreted and uniformly applied throughout the District.
Uniform Application. The Employer agrees that all work rules shall be applied uniformly under similar circumstances within the group or groups of members to whom such rules are directed. Any charge that a work rule has not been applied uniformly may be the subject of a grievance.
Uniform Application. 1. The “pickup” shall be a uniform percent for all certified employees, and it shall apply to all payroll payments made after the effective date of this provision and shall not be at the individual employee’s option.

It is recognized that COUNTY may be required to take employment actions pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Workers’ Compensation, or other federal or state laws, regulations or rules that require exceptions to COUNTY’s basic employment standards. Such required exceptions will not establish a general employee standard requiring uniform application under this provision and will only apply to employees who meet the requirements or standards of the applicable laws, regulations or rules.
Uniform Application. The ESSA recognizes that it is the intent of the District to uniformly apply all rules and regulations governing employee activities and conduct throughout the District.

It is agreed that the management of the COUNTY and the direction of the working forces, including but not limited to the right to hire, promote, transfer, assign, suspend, demote, to discharge or otherwise discipline employees, to increase, to decrease the working force, to determine the methods, means, personnel and schedules by which the efficiency of government operations entrusted to the COUNTY are to be maintained, to establish, revise and implement safety and health standards, to discontinue all or any part of its operations, to transfer positions from the bargaining unit, to determine the need for additional educational courses, training programs, on-the-job training and cross-training and to assign employees to such duties for periods to be determined by the COUNTY; to establish new jobs, or eliminate or modify existing job classifications, to adopt and enforce rules, regulations, policies and procedures governing the conduct of its working forces, provided however that such rules, regulations and policies and procedures shall be uniformly and equitably applied and enforced, with respect to all affected employees who are similarly situated; and to take whatever other action is deemed appropriate by the COUNTY, is vested exclusively in the COUNTY except when specifically in conflict with this Agreement.
