Division of Labor. Work historically performed by bargaining unit members shall not normally be performed by non- bargaining unit employees. This is not to be construed to change existing practices where, for example, a supervisor may perform limited bargaining unit duties as part of their regular work assignment.

Division of Labor. The CMGC shall determine the division of Work to facilitate bidding and award of Trade Contracts, considering such factors as bidding climate, improving or accelerating construction completion, minimizing trade jurisdictional disputes, and related issues. The CMGC agrees to work with the Owner in identifying critical elements of the Work that may require special procurement processes, such as prequalification of subcontractors or alternative contracting methods.
