The Board will notify the Union in writing of all new hires by routinely providing the Xxxxxxx with a copy of the agenda for each Board meeting and a copy of approved minutes from each Board meeting. In addition, the Union shall be provided the new employee’s name, mailing address, telephone number if the employee releases such information for publication in the staff directory.
