New lesions Sample Clauses

New lesions. New lesions should be assessed and measured as they appear using RECIST 1.1 criteria (maximum of 5 lesions, no more than 2 per site, at least 10 mm in long axis (or 15 mm in short axis for nodal lesions), and recorded as New Lesions-Target (NLT) and New Lesion-Non-Target (NLNT) to allow clear differentiation from baseline target and non-target lesions. New lesions may either meet the criteria of NLT or NLNT to drive iUPD (or iCPD). However, the measurements of target lesions should NOT be included in the sum of measures of original target lesions identified at baseline. Rather, these measurements will be collected on a separate table in the case record form. PD is confirmed in the New Lesion category if the next imaging assessment, conducted at least 4 weeks (but not more than 8 weeks) after iUPD confirms further progression from iUPD with either an increase of at least 5 mm in the absolute value of the sum of NLT OR an increase (but not necessarily unequivocal increase) in the size of NLNT lesions OR the appearance of additional new lesions. New lesions. New lesions will be identified via a Yes/No tick box. If new lesion response (yes/no) is missing and the new lesion details are blank it should be treated as NE.

  • ROAD DIMENSIONS Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the dimensions shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and the specifications within this road plan.

  • SUBLOOPS 45.1. Sprint will offer unbundled access to copper subloops and subloops for access to multiunit premises wiring. Sprint will consider all requests for access to subloops through the ICB process due to the wide variety of interconnections available and the lack of standards. A written response will be provided to CLEC covering the interconnection time intervals, prices and other information based on the ICB process as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Hepatitis B Vaccine Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis B, the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis B vaccine.

  • CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is:  6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius.  4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.

  • Change Orders and Contract Amendments 33.1 The Procuring Entity may at any time order the Supplier through notice in accordance GCC Clause 8, to make changes within the general scope of the Contract in any one or more of the following:

  • Staging In addition to the staging categories listed in paragraph 1 of Annex 2-A, this Schedule contains staging categories 20-A, 20-B, PR-1 and PR-130:

  • Innovative/Flexible Scheduling Where the Hospital and the Union agree, arrangements regarding Innovative Scheduling/Flexible Scheduling may be entered into between the parties on a local level. The model agreement with respect to such scheduling arrangements is set out below: MODEL AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO INNOVATIVE SCHEDULING/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT Between: The Hospital - And: The Ontario Public Service Employees Union (and its Local ) This Model Agreement shall be part of the Collective Agreement between the parties herein, and shall apply to the employees described in Article 1 of the Model Agreement.
