No provisions of this MOU shall operate as a waiver of either Party’s right to request bargaining during the term of this Agreement over subject matters that become permissible matters of bargaining after its effective date. All other terms and conditions of the MOA covering the period July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2019 shall remain in full force and effect, except as provided herein. Section 1. FY2017 Merit Pay Adjustments
