New Supervisor Union Orientation. The Employer shall provide the Union with one (1) hour per training class to address the same on the matters concerning the Union. The one (1) hour shall take place at the start of the shift on the last Wednesday of each class. The Union shall also be allowed access up to one (1) hour prior to the start of the shift to prepare for the meeting.
