NEWBORN COVERAGE. I. If born from a Covered Pregnancy: (a) Provisional coverage: If born from a covered pregnancy, each newborn will automatically be covered for complications of birth, and any injury or illness for the first ninety (90) days after birth up to a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) with no deductible or coinsurance.
