NGS Sequencing and Supply of Products and Service Activities. FMI shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to provide Roche with the Service Activities (including NGS sequencing) necessary for Roche to implement the Tactical Plan and to meet the commercial need for Products sold by Roche in the Territory.
