Nicaragua’s Commitments. The following Schedule sets out Nicaragua´s specific commitments in accordance with Chapter 10 in respect of the temporary entry of natural persons. Temporary entry in the following categories Conditions (including duration of stay) Business Visitors Periods of stay up to a maximum of six months. Intra-corporate Transferees Managers, executives and specialists defined as senior employees of a corporation of China, being engaged in the foreign invested enterprises in the territory of Nicaragua for conducting business, temporarily moving as intra-corporate transferees, shall be granted a long-term stay permit as stipulated in the terms of contracts concerned or an initial stay of up to three years, whichever is shorter. Contractual Service Suppliers Temporary entry and temporary stay for a Contractual Service Suppliers is subject to the duration of contract, but shall not exceed one year. Installers/Servicers Temporary entry and temporary stay for such natural persons is subject to the duration of contract, but shall not exceed six months. Accompanying Spouse, Parent or Dependent Child Accompanying Spouse, Parent or Dependent Child of China entrants defined in Intra-corporateTransferees or Contractual Service Suppliers are accorded the same period of stay as for the entrants, provided that the stay in Nicaragua of those entrants is greater than 12 months. The working rights of the qualified accompanying spouses in Nicaragua are subject to relevant laws, regulations, and rules of Nicaragua.

  • Priority of Agreements This DPA shall govern the treatment of Student Data in order to comply with the privacy protections, including those found in FERPA and all applicable privacy statutes identified in this DPA.   • Data Ownership and Authorized Access 1. Student Data Property of LEA. All Student Data transmitted to the Provider pursuant to the Service Agreement is and will continue to be the property of and under the control of the LEA. The Provider further acknowledges and agrees that all copies of such Student Data transmitted to the Provider, including any modifications or additions or any portion thereof from any source, are subject to the provisions of this DPA in the same manner as the original Student Data. The Parties agree that as between them, all rights, including all intellectual property rights in and to Student Data contemplated per the Service Agreement, shall remain the exclusive property of the LEA. For the purposes of FERPA, the Provider shall be considered a School Official, under the control and direction of the LEA as it pertains to the use of Student Data, notwithstanding the above.

  • BUDGET Consulting Engineer/Architect shall advise City if, in its opinion, the amount budgeted for construction is not sufficient to adequately design and construct the improvement as requested.

  • Sanctions A. That HHSC may apply, at its discretion, sanctions if the Contractor fails to comply with any provision of the Contract, including:
