Common use of NIGHT SHIFT PENALTY Clause in Contracts

NIGHT SHIFT PENALTY. 9.3.1 All employees other than Registered Nurses/Midwives at level 5 and 6 are to be paid a penalty rate of 20.5% when working on rostered night shifts Monday to Friday inclusive. 9.3.2 The above night shift penalty is to apply in lieu of the rate prescribed in sub-clause 5.3.1(b) of the Award.
