Common use of Nine Month Probationary Period Clause in Contracts

Nine Month Probationary Period. An employee in a nine (9) month entry level position probationary period shall receive a Report of Performance for Probationary Employee at the end of the second, fifth, and eighth months of service (and the eleventh and fourteenth months of service where applicable), and Report of Performance for Permanent Employee annually thereafter.
