Nine Out of Eleven Hours. The Artist may be called to rehearse for up to two (2) days in the rehearsal hall for nine (9) out of eleven (11) consecutive hours per day provided that the Artist receives no fewer than two (2) one (1) hour meal breaks within the eleven (11) hour span. Each meal break must occur after no more than three (3) hours of rehearsal. Alternatively, the Artist may be called to rehearse for up to two (2) days in the rehearsal hall for nine (9) out of eleven (11) consecutive hours with a meal break of at least two (2) hours after a maximum of five (5) hours of rehearsal. This break may be reduced to one-and-a-half (1-1/2) hours if the span of the day is reduced to ten-and-a-half (10-1/2) hours. The remaining days are governed by the provisions of (i) above (and must involve on-stage, technical or dress rehearsals). There shall be a minimum of twelve (12) hours between the end of one day's work and the call to work on the next day. Should a call continue for longer than five (5) hours without the required meal break, the Artist shall invoice the Theatre at the rate stipulated on line one (1) of Schedule "A" in the 2015-2018 CTA Fee Booklet.

  • Closeout of Equipment 1. At the end of the term of a Contract that has no additional renewals or that will not be renewed (Closeout), or when a Contract is otherwise terminated, Grantee will submit to the SUD email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx an inventory of equipment purchased with System Agency funds and request disposition instructions for such equipment.

  • Operating Hours Subject to Building Rules and Regulations and such security standards as Landlord may from time to time adopt, the Building shall be open to the public during the Building Operating Hours and the Premises shall be open to Tenant during hours other than Building Operating Hours.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:

A part-time employee who is scheduled to work additional hours beyond the base hours (under the terms of Article 7) and who does not work those hours due to sickness shall be paid for such hours under the application of the sick leave provisions under Article 13 and Clause (2405).

  • Maximum Hours No employee shall be required to work more than twelve (12) hours per day, or for more than forty-eight (48) hours per week, unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Employer and the employee.

  • Third Party Sites The Platform may provide links to third-party web sites. Third parties and third party web sites may have different privacy policies, terms and conditions and business practices than we do. Your dealings or communications with any party other than the Company are solely between you and that third party.   • Off-Site Storage With prior approval by the Owner and in the event Contractor elects to store materials at an off-site location, abide by the following conditions, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Owner.

  • Collocation Interconnection may be accomplished through the Collocation arrangements offered by CenturyLink. The terms and conditions under which Collocation will be available are described in Article IX of this Agreement.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.
