No-Charge Products. We may offer certain Products to you at no charge, including free accounts, trial use, and access to Beta Versions as defined below (“No-Charge Products”). Your use of No-Charge Products is subject to any additional terms that we specify and is only permitted for the period designated by us. You may not use No-Charge Products for competitive analysis or similar purposes. We may terminate your right to use No-Charge Products at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion, without liability to you. You understand that any pre-release and beta products we make available (“Beta Versions”) are still under development, may be inoperable or incomplete and are likely to contain more errors and bugs than generally available Products. We make no promises that any Beta Versions will ever be made generally available. In some circumstances, we may charge a fee in order to allow you to access Beta Versions, but the Beta Versions will still remain subject to this Section 11 (No-Charge Products). All information regarding the characteristics, features or performance of Beta Versions constitutes Digital Samba’s Confidential Information. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all Digital Samba’s obligations or liabilities with respect to No-Charge Products, including any Support and Maintenance, warranty, and indemnity obligations.
No-Charge Products. 6.4 Cyferd may provide the Customer with or make available to the Customer Access to and/or use of the Cyferd Product (or any part of it including any Tenancy(ies), App(s) and Feature(s)) and the Services at no charge and are provided ‘AS-IS’ without indemnification, maintenance, support, or warranty of any kind, express or implied, including free accounts, trial use and Beta Versions (collectively, “No Charge Products”). For the avoidance of doubt neither a POC Trial nor a Purchased Item can be a No Charge Product. Such No Charge Products is/are subject to any additional terms (including any additional Access Parameters and/or Utilisation Parameters) that Cyferd specifies and is only permitted during the period Cyferd expressly designates for such purpose (or, if not so expressly designated, until terminated in accordance with these Terms). Except as expressly set out to the contrary in, this clause 6, these Terms or the Agreement, the terms and conditions of these Terms and the Agreement, fully apply in respect of No Charge Products. Cyferd may modify or terminate the Customer’s Access to and/or use of No Charge Products at any time and for any reason in Cyferd’s sole discretion, without liability to the Customer. The Customer understands that any pre-release and beta Apps, Features, APIs, Integrations and/or other products, services and/or parts of the Cyferd Product (whether or not within the then generally available Cyferd Product (or any part of it including any Tenancy(ies)), that Cyferd makes available (collectively, “Beta Versions”) are still under development, may be inoperable or incomplete and are likely to contain more errors and bugs than the then generally available and non-pre-release and non-beta Cyferd Product (or applicable part of it). Cyferd makes no promises that any Beta Versions will ever be made generally available. In some circumstances, Xxxxxx may charge a fee in order to allow the Customer to access Beta Versions, but the Beta Versions will still remain subject to this clause
No-Charge Products. 21.7 Cyferd may terminate or suspend the Customer’s use of the Cyferd Product (or any part of it including any App(s) and Feature(s)) and/or any of the applicable Services for the purposes of a POC Trial at any time with or without notice and for any reason in Cyferd’s sole discretion, without liability to the Customer.

You understand that any pre-release and beta or limited release products we make available (“Limited Release Versions”) are still under development, may be inoperable or incomplete and are likely to contain more errors and bugs than generally available Products. We make no promises that any Limited Release Versions will ever be made generally available. In some circumstances, we may charge a fee in order to allow you to access Limited Release Versions, but the Limited Release Versions will still remain subject to this Section 11 (No-Charge Products). All information regarding the characteristics, features or performance of Limited Release Versions constitutes Appspace’s Confidential Information (as defined in Section 16 below). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF NON- INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FUNCTIONALITY, OR MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY NO- CHARGE PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES, WARRANTY, AND INDEMNITY OBLIGATIONS.

Coveo may terminate or modify your right to use No-Charge Products at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion, without liability to you. If you are participating in Coveo’s free 30-Day or longer term as agreed to by Coveo Trial (“Trial”), this Agreement lasts thirty (30) days or such other longer term as agreed to by Coveo from date of service authorization. At the end of the free Trial, if you choose not to purchase a Coveo Product, you will immediately cease all use of the Product. Any data you enter into the Product, and any customizations made to the Product by or for you will be permanently lost unless you purchase a license or a subscription to use the same Product as the one covered by the Trial prior to the expiration of such Trial. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coveo disclaims all obligations or liabilities with respect to No-Charge Products, including any Support and Maintenance, warranty, and indemnity obligations.
