No Commercial Activity. No commercial or revenue-producing activities shall be conducted from any aircraft Tie Down Space(s), parking or storage space without advance, written approval of PMGAA.
No Commercial Activity. The Board of Managers shall cause the Company to conduct its affairs so that the Company and its Members are not treated as engaging in the conduct of any “commercial activity” within the meaning of Treasury Regulation Section 1.892-4T, as modified by proposed Treasury Regulations Section 1.892-4 and -5, solely as a result of owning an interest in the Company.
No Commercial Activity. The Artist / Owner shall not engage in any commercial activity at the Exhibition Space or otherwise in connection with the display at the Exhibition Space. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Art Work/ Exhibit will not be for sale at the Exhibition Space nor the prices thereof will be posted at the Exhibition Space. No advertising will also be permitted at the site. However a mention of the name of the sponsor shall be allowed and the wording of this shall be approved by IHC.
No Commercial Activity. Members and visitors shall not engage in any type of commercial or business activity while at the health club facility. Members and visitors shall not act as a trainer for any other members or visitors and any acts which constitute such business activates are strictly forbidden. If you engage in such commercial or business activities, your membership shall be subject to immediate cancellation.
