No Commercial Use. Lessee will use the Aircraft under this Agreement for, and only for, his own account, including the carriage of his guests, and will not use the Aircraft for purposes of providing transportation of passengers or cargo in air commerce for compensation or hire as a commercial operator or air carrier.
No Commercial Use. Resident agrees not to us his/her room, or to permit it to be used, for any commercial purposes. Commercial solicitation in any living area or university property is prohibited.
No Commercial Use. Tenant agrees to not run any business, whether for profit or not for profit, on or from the Premises.
No Commercial Use. As provided by Applicable Law, the Franchisors or their licensees, assigns, or agents shall not transmit on the PEG channels commercial programming except with Franchisee’s consent. Commercial programming does not include programming allowed to be carried under the current agreements between the City of Bowie and Franchisee, and the City of College Park and Franchisee to broadcast local news from Baltimore station WJZ or successor entity, which shall be permitted unless there is a change in law that would prohibit that use, or WJZ or successor entity no longer permits that use. Subject to the foregoing, nothing herein prevents Franchisee from taking action against a PEG Provider (or the Franchisors) before a court or agency of competent jurisdiction if a PEG programmer is using a PEG channel to carry programming it has no right to carry, or the PEG Channels are being used in a manner that violates federal law.
No Commercial Use. Boats subject to this Slip Rental Agreement will be engaged only in non-commercial maritime recreational activity.
No Commercial Use. Customer agrees not to use the Phone Service for any commercial reason. If you use the Service for any other purpose, Xxxxxx may immediately suspend, restrict or cancel your service without prior notice. Interference/Hazardous Conditions. Xxxxxx may shut down your Service without prior notice if Xxxxxx finds, in Xxxxxx’x sole discretion, that your use of the Service is causing interference to others or Customer has moved or tampered or allowed others to tamper with any Equipment. Xxxxxx may also shut down your Service without prior notice if Xxxxxx finds, in Xxxxxx’x sole discretion, that hazardous conditions exist that would make your continued use of the Service unsafe.
No Commercial Use. No commercial or business use of the Slip is permitted.
No Commercial Use. Except for Merchants who have agreed to our Merchant Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that the Site is only for your personal use and not on behalf of any other person. You further agree you agree that you will not, without our prior written consent, display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer, or transmit for any commercial purposes, all or any portion of the Site.
No Commercial Use. No materials obtained from the Service, even if authorized for download from the Service, may be redistributed, nor may they be used for any commercial purpose, without Boot Cam’s prior written permission. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, the use of Program materials by a registered participant of a Program for the development of a business, venture, or idea of which the registered participant is actively involved as a founder or employee shall not be deemed a commercial purpose, but no reproductions may be made of any such materials, either electronically or in hard copy.
