Common use of No Employee receiving Clause in Contracts

No Employee receiving. a higher rate of pay or better conditions by reason of an existing contract with another Employer Association or Employer and the Union shall suffer a reduction of pay or loss of conditions by reason of such Association becoming an Employer or his/her Employer becoming an Individual Employer and the Employee becoming an Employee hereunder.
