No Employee Rights. Nothing herein expressed or implied shall confer upon any employee of the Company, any other employee or legal representatives or beneficiaries of any thereof any rights or remedies, including any right to employment or continued employment for any specified period, of any nature or kind whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement, or shall cause the employment status of any employee to be other than terminable at will.

Nothing in this Article VII expressed or implied, or any other provision of this Agreement shall amend, or be deemed to amend, or shall restrict the amendment of any Benefit Plan (including any Business Benefit Plan, Deferred Transfer Employee Benefit Plan, Purchaser Benefit Plan or Assumed Benefit Plan), and nothing in this Article VII, express or implied, or any other provision of this Agreement is intended to, or does, constitute the establishment of, or an amendment to, any Benefit Plan (including any Business Benefit Plan, Deferred Transfer Employee Benefit Plan, Purchaser Benefit Plan or Assumed Benefit Plan).

No Employee Rights. No action taken by the Committee in administration of this Agreement shall be construed as giving any person any rights of employment or retention as an employee, director or in any other capacity with the Corporation, the Bank or other subsidiaries thereof.
