No Exemption. Nothing in this Deed shall exempt the Collateral Agent from or indemnify it against any liability which would by rule of law or otherwise attach to it in respect of any act of gross negligence or wilful default which it may have committed in relation to its duties and/or discretions under this Deed.
No Exemption. Explorations hereby declares that the Collateral forms no part of any property owned, used or claimed by Explorations as exempted from forced sale under the laws of any state, and disclaims, waives and renounces all and every claim to exemption under any homestead exemption.
No Exemption. 2.2.1 The Parties acknowledge that participation in the electronic exchange of information under this Agreement does not exempt the Trading Partner from its obligation under all applicable legislation, including but not limited to federal, provincial and municipal statutes, regulations and by-laws, which may be in force from time to time.

Nothing in this Fixed and Floating Charge shall exempt the Collateral Agent from or indemnify it against any liability which would by rule of law or otherwise attach to it in respect of any act of negligence or wilful default which it may have committed in relation to its duties and/or discretions under this Fixed and Floating Charge.
No Exemption. Colmena hereby declares that the Collateral forms no part of any property owned, used or claimed by Colmena as exempted from forced sale under the laws of any state, and disclaims, waives and renounces all and every claim to exemption under any homestead exemption.
No Exemption. With reference to the assessment of the Property and the Water Street Commons Project or any part thereof, neither Developer nor any assignee or transferee of, or successor in interest to Developer shall for any year that the Water Street Commons Payment Bonds are outstanding, apply for, seek, or authorize any exemption (as such term is used and defined in the Illinois Constitution, Article IX, Section 6 (1970)), with exception of residential exemptions available to occupying residential homeowners.
No Exemption. With reference to the assessment of the Property and the 00 X. Xxxxx Xxxxxx Property Project or any part thereof, neither Developer nor any assignee or transferee of, or successor in interest to Developer shall for 10 years from the Anniversary Date of this Agreement, apply for, seek, or authorize any exemption (as such term is used and defined in the Illinois Constitution, Article IX, Section 6 (1970)) from real estate taxation for the Property.
No Exemption. The Company hereby waives and releases all benefit that might accrue to the Company by virtue of any present or future laws exempting any property that may serve as security for this Debenture, or any other property, real or personal, or any part of the proceeds arising from any sale of any such property, from attachment, levy, or sale under execution, exemption from civil process, or extension of time for payment; and the Company agrees that any property that may be levied upon pursuant to a judgment obtained by virtue hereof, on any writ of execution issued thereon, may be sold upon any such writ in whole or in part in any order or manner desired by Holder.
No Exemption. There shall be no exemption from the Sellers’ and Hydro’s liability under this Clause 10 other than as explicitly set forth in this Agreement and no representation, warranty, covenant, obligation or agreement of the Sellers or Hydro set forth in this Agreement shall be deemed waived or otherwise affected by any commercial or financial analysis, or any inquiry or investigation which the Purchaser, its advisors, auditors, legal counsels or other representatives have made with respect to Scanraff or the Business.
No Exemption. Transferee understands that none of Basin Water, BION or any of their agents or affiliates (including BWR) makes any representation as to the availability of any exemption under the Securities Act in connection with Transferee’s purchase of the EWC Shares.
