Documents; Standards. Each party may electronically transmit to or receive from the other party any Document which the parties have mutually agreed to Test The content of Test Documents will be considered “dummy” data unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. All Documents which are intended to evidence a ‘transaction shall be transmitted in accordance with the Adopted Format.
Documents; Standards. Each party may electronically transmit to or receive from the other party any of the transaction sets listed in the Appendix and transaction sets which the parties by written or mutual agreement add to the Appendix (collectively "Documents"). Any transmission of data which is not a Document shall have no force or effect between the parties unless justifiably relied upon by the receiving party. All Documents shall be transmitted in accordance with the standards and the published guidelines set forth in the Appendix.
Documents; Standards. Each Party may electronically transmit to or receive from the other Party any transaction set listed in the documents referenced in Appendix A and Appendix B except as otherwise identified in Appendix A and Appendix B (collectively "Documents"). All Documents shall be transmitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the standards set forth in Appendix A and Appendix B. The information contained in Appendix A will be applicable to this agreement until such time as the Company implements those technology changes necessary to transmit the 820 Remittance Details transaction separately under the Company’s Consolidated Billing option. Upon this implementation, the information contained in Appendix B of this agreement will be applicable.
Documents; Standards. Each party shall electronically transmit to or receive from the other party each of the transaction sets listed in the Appendix (collectively “Documents”). Documents include xxxxxxxx for utility service and payments which are (1) the electronically transmitted information delivered to Trade Partner from PG&E, or to PG&E from Trade Partner, and (2) the non-electronically transmitted utility xxxxxxxx and payments transmitted during testing periods or equipment failures. All Documents shall be transmitted in accordance with the standards set forth in the Appendix.
Documents; Standards i. Each party may electronically transmit to or receive from the other party HDDV Emission Inspection Reports as described in Appendix A, hereinafter referred to as "Documents". All documents shall be transmitted in accordance with the standards set forth in Appendix A.

Each party may electronically transmit to or receive from the other party any of the Transaction Sets listed in Exhibit P-1 and Transaction Sets which the parties, by written agreement, add to said Exhibit. All Transaction Sets shall be transmitted in accordance with the standards set forth in Exhibit P-1. Any transmission of data which is not a Transaction Set shall have no force or effect between the parties. Precise procedures to be used in handling Transaction Sets are incorporated in Exhibit P-1. These procedures include assignment of confidential and unique access codes for each party which will then be used to authenticate each Transaction Set, along with such other matters as the parties consider appropriate.
Documents; Standards. Each Document transmitted by a party via Canada Post epost Connect communication service shall be structured and transmitted in accordance with the Health Canada’s Electronic Exchange Protocol(s). When the standard adopted for Documents is officially changed or modified by the issue of a new version or release of the software, the Parties shall co-operate to effect the change in a commercially reasonable manner.
Documents; Standards. Each party may electronically transmit to or receive from the other party any of the transaction sets listed on Item 2 of Appendix A (collectively "Documents"). No Documents are authorized for use between ABC and SUPPLIER except those listed on Item 2 of Appendix A. The sending party assumes all miscommunication risk arising out of the transmission of data that is not a Document and the receiving party has no responsibility with respect thereto. All Documents shall be transmitted in accordance with the standards set forth on Item 3 of Appendix A.

Each party may electronically transmit to or receive from the other party any of the documents listed in the Appendix attached hereto and made a part hereof (hereinafter referred to as "Documents"). Any transmission of data, which is not a Document, shall have no force or effect between the parties. All Documents shall be transmitted in accordance with the standards set forth in the Appendix. If any of such standards are modified, supplemented or enhanced and if Walgreens intends to adopt such modified, supplemented or enhanced standards, it may give Vendor notice of the same. Vendor agrees to likewise adopt such modified, supplemented or enhanced standards within a mutually agreed upon date after receipt of such notice, and such standards, as so modified, shall then be deemed incorporated into the Appendix. b) Third Party Service Providers. Documents will be transmitted electronically to each party either directly or through any third party service provider with which either party may contract. Either party may modify its election to use, not to use, or to change a service provider upon 30 days prior written notice to the other. i) Each party shall be responsible for the cost of any third party service provider with which it contracts, unless otherwise set forth in the Appendix. ii) As between the parties hereto, each party shall be liable for the acts or omissions of its third party service provider while transmitting, receiving, storing or handling Documents or performing related activities for such party; provided that if both parties use the same third party service provider to effect the transmission and receipt of a Document, as between the parties hereto, the originating party shall be liable for the acts and omissions of such third party service provider as to such Document. c)
Documents; Standards. Xxxxxx Xxx or its designated agent and the Issuer or its agent, so long as such agent is approved by Xxxxxx Xxx, may electronically transmit to or receive from each other various documents and acknowledgements (“Documents”). Transmissions of data or documents that comply with the requirements of the Xxxxxx Xxx Mortgage-Backed Securities Guide (“Xxxxxx Xxx MBS Guide”) and the applicable Xxxxxx Xxx Guaranty Agreement shall have the same force and effect as paper-based documents executed by the parties. If any EDI transmission of data or Documents does not comply with the requirements of the Xxxxxx Xxx MBS Guide, Xxxxxx Xxx’s guaranty and obligations under the Guaranty Agreement shall not take effect. All Documents shall be transmitted in accordance with the standards set forth in the Xxxxxx Xxx MBS Guide.
