No Extension of Accommodation. At any point after thirty (30) days, the bureau may transfer the employee to another assignment in the same or lower job classification or may lay the employee off, at the bureau’s sole discretion. If transfer is made to an assignment in a lower job classification, the employee shall be temporarily demoted until reassigned in their previous classification with no loss of seniority.
