No Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Use or Content. You may not use, or encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to use, the Services for any illegal, harmful or offensive use, or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. Prohibited activities or content include: Illegal Activities. Any illegal activities, including advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available illegal gambling sites or services or disseminating, promoting or facilitating child pornography. Harmful or Fraudulent Activities. Activities that may be harmful to others, our operations or reputation, including offering or disseminating fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions (e.g., make-money-fast schemes, ponzi, and pyramid schemes, phishing, or pharming), or engaging in other deceptive practices. Infringing Content. Content that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others. Offensive Content. Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable, including content that constitutes child pornography, relates to bestiality, or depicts non-consensual sex acts. Harmful Content. Content or other computer technology that may damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, program, or data, including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, or cancelbots.

  • No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Company that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.   • Technical or Contractual Problems Contractor shall meet with the Department's personnel, or designated representatives, to resolve technical or contractual problems occurring during the contract term or to discuss the progress made by Contractor and the Department in the performance of their respective obligations, at no additional cost to the Department. The Department may request the meetings as problems arise and will be coordinated by the Department. The Department shall provide Contractor a minimum of three full working days notice of meeting date, time, and location. Face-to-face meetings are desired; however, at Contractor's option and expense, a conference call meeting may be substituted. Contractor’s consistent failure to participate in problem resolution meetings, Contractor missing or rescheduling two consecutive meetings, or Contractor’s failure to make a good faith effort to resolve problems may result in termination of the contract.

This Agreement does not authorize the Business Associate to use or disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information in a manner that will violate Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164 if done by the Covered Entity.
