No Individual Agreements. (a) No employee shall be compelled to or allowed to enter into any individual contract or agreement with the Employer concerning the conditions of employment varying the conditions of employment herein. (b) Notwithstanding the above, the wage rates outlined in this Agreement are minimum wage rates and they do not prevent the Employer from paying a higher wage rate.
