No Interference or Discrimination. The Employer and the Union agree not to interfere with the rights of the Nurses or the Employer, and there shall be no discrimination, interference, intimidation, restraint or coercion by either Parties to this Agreement. The Union further agrees that Union activities not provided for in this Agreement will not take place during working hours or on the premises of the Employer, without the consent of the Employer.
