Common use of No Loss of Remuneration Clause in Contracts

No Loss of Remuneration. The Health and Safety Representatives and Joint Committee members shall have the right to attend to their duties as such within working hours without loss of remuneration, provided that such duties and hours are consistent with the guidelines of the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
