NO NUDITY IN Free Areas. There CANNOT be nudity in any of the free areas of your Web Page, including but not limited to "Free Chat." This is to prevent minors from being exposed to nudity and other material that is inappropriate for them. Nudity can ONLY be available in the age-verified areas. Those areas are where Tourists are subject to the standard agreement for Tourists, which includes age verification that they are over eighteen (18) years of age and payment for access.

  • RIGHT OF ALLOTTEE TO USE COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES SUBJECT TO PAYMENT OF TOTAL MAINTENANCE CHARGES

  • Establishment of a Free Trade Area The Parties to this Agreement, consistent with Article XXIV of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade 1994 (GATT 1994) and Article V of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), hereby establish a free trade area.

  • Lessee’s Personal Property Lessee will acquire and maintain throughout the Term such Inventory as is required to operate the Leased Property in the manner contemplated by this Lease. Lessee may (and shall as provided hereinbelow), at its expense, install, affix or assemble or place on any parcels of the Land or in any of the Leased Improvements, any items of personal property (including Inventory) owned by Lessee. Lessee, at the commencement of the Term, and from time to time thereafter, shall provide Lessor with an accurate list of all such items of Lessee’s personal property (collectively, the “Lessee’s Personal Property”). Lessee may, subject to the first sentence of this Section 6.2 and the conditions set forth below, remove any of Lessee’s Personal Property set forth on such list at any time during the Term or upon the expiration or any prior termination of the Term. All of Lessee’s Personal Property, other than Inventory, not removed by Lessee within ten (10) days following the expiration or earlier termination of the Term shall be considered abandoned by Lessee and may be appropriated, sold, destroyed or otherwise disposed of by Lessor without first giving Notice thereof to Lessee, without any payment to Lessee and without any obligation to account therefor. Lessee will, at its expense, restore the Leased Property to the condition required by Subsection 2.3(g), including repair of all damage to the Leased Property caused by the removal of Lessee’s Personal Property, whether effected by Lessee or Lessor. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, Lessor or its designee shall have the option to purchase all Inventory on hand at the Leased Property at the time of such expiration or termination for a sale price equal to the fair market value of such Inventory. Lessee may make such financing arrangements, title retention agreements, leases or other agreements with respect to Lessee’s Personal Property as it sees fit provided that Lessee first advises Lessor of any such arrangement and such arrangement expressly provides that in the event of Lessee’s default thereunder, Lessor (or its designee) may assume Lessee’s obligations and rights under such arrangement.

  • CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENT (a) Employees required by the Employer to wear uniforms will be supplied with an adequate number of uniforms appropriate to the occupation free of cost to Employees. Such items are to remain the property of the Employer and be laundered and maintained by such Employer free of cost to the Employee. (b) Instead of the provision of such uniforms, the Employer may, by agreement with the Employee, pay such Employee a uniform allowance at the rate set out in Item 1 of Table 5. This rate is expressed as per shift or part thereof, or as a weekly rate – an Employee is to be paid whichever is the lesser amount. (c) Where an Employee’s uniforms are not laundered by or at the expense of the Employer, the Employee will be paid a laundry allowance. For Aged Care, Health Professionals and Home Care Employees this will be paid at the rate set out in Item 2 of Table 5. This allowance is also expressed as a payment per shift of part thereof of as a weekly payment – an Employee is to be paid whichever is the lesser amount. For Nursing Employees this will be paid at the rate set out in Item 3 of Table 5. (d) The uniform allowance, but not the laundry allowance, will be paid during all absences on paid leave, except absences on long service leave and absence on personal/carer’s leave beyond 21 days. Where, prior to the taking of leave, an Employee was paid a uniform allowance other than at the weekly rate, the rate to be paid during absence on leave will be the average of the allowance paid during the four weeks immediately preceding the taking of leave. (e) Where an Employer requires an Employee to wear rubber gloves, special clothing or where safety equipment is required for the work performed by an Employee, the Employer must reimburse the Employee for the cost of purchasing such special clothing or safety equipment, except where such clothing or equipment is provided by the Employer.

  • Premises Parking and Common Areas 2.1 Letting Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor, the Premises, for the term, at the rental, and upon all of the terms covenants and conditions set forth in this Lease.   • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Fixtures and Equipment Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries (as applicable) has good title to, or a valid leasehold interest in, the tangible personal property, equipment, improvements, fixtures, and other personal property and appurtenances that are used by the Company or its Subsidiary in connection with the conduct of its business (the “Fixtures and Equipment”). The Fixtures and Equipment are structurally sound, are in good operating condition and repair, are adequate for the uses to which they are being put, are not in need of maintenance or repairs except for ordinary, routine maintenance and repairs and are sufficient for the conduct of the Company’s and/or its Subsidiaries’ businesses (as applicable) in the manner as conducted prior to the Closing. Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries owns all of its Fixtures and Equipment free and clear of all Liens except for (a) liens for current taxes not yet due and (b) zoning laws and other land use restrictions that do not impair the present or anticipated use of the property subject thereto.

  • Personal Property Damage Upon submission of reasonable proof the Employer shall repair or indemnify with respect to damage to the chattels of an employee while on duty caused by the actions of a patient, resident or client provided such personal property is an article of use or wear of a type suitable for use while on duty.
