No Other Remuneration. Employee agrees that he is not entitled to any remuneration from the Company except as provided in this Agreement. This includes back pay, sick pay, vacation and holiday pay, bonuses or any other compensation.
No Other Remuneration. Edelhertz acknowledges and agrees that he is not entitled to any remuneration from Zamba, except as provided in this Agreement, that a material portion of the payments and other benefits contained in this Agreement are good and valuable consideration to which he would not be entitled in the absence of this Agreement, and, provided that Zamba does not breach this Agreement, that he will not seek any further compensation from Zamba, or its current or former officers, directors, shareholders, employees, attorneys, successors and assigns for any claimed damages, expenses, costs, fees or other liability of any kind in connection with his employment with Zamba and the termination of that employment.
No Other Remuneration. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Executive agrees that he is not entitled to any remuneration from Company, except as provided in this Agreement. This includes back pay, sick pay, vacation pay, bonuses, health, life and disability insurance benefits or any other compensation.
No Other Remuneration. The parties hereto acknowledge that the Consultant is not a registered broker or dealer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or associated persons of any broker-dealer. Accordingly, the Consultant shall not furnish services related to the sale of securities by the Company or receive any fees or other remuneration in connection with any offer or sale of securities by the Company, whether from investment bankers, underwriters, placement agents or other Persons.
No Other Remuneration. Except as provided above in this Section 2.4 or elsewhere in this Agreement, neither a Director nor any affiliate of a Director shall be entitled to remuneration for services rendered or goods provided to or for the benefit of the Corporation unless otherwise determined by Shareholders’ approval.
No Other Remuneration. No other remuneration of any kind will be paid to Provider in connection with this Agreement by BCBSM or BCN or others, including but not limited to administrative fees, service fees, shipping and handling costs, or sales tax, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing.
No Other Remuneration. The parties hereto acknowledge that neither the Consultant nor the Executive are registered as brokers or dealers under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or associated persons of any broker-dealer. Accordingly, neither the Consultant nor the Executive shall furnish services related to the sale of securities by the Company or receive any fees or other remuneration in connection with the Regulation A Offering by the Company, whether from investment bankers, underwriters, placement agents or other Persons.
No Other Remuneration. Txxxxx agrees that he is not entitled to any remuneration from XATA except as provided in this Agreement. This includes back pay, sick pay, vacation pay, bonuses, separation pay or any other compensation.
No Other Remuneration. Distributor shall not be entitled to any remuneration of any nature whatsoever other than the profit it makes on the sale of the Products to its Customers in the Territory. Distributor expressly acknowledges that its profits (if any) on Products resold pursuant to this Agreement constitute full and fair compensation for Distributor’s services and for any investments made by Distributor in connection with its performance hereunder.
No Other Remuneration. The Executive shall not be entitled to any remuneration under this Agreement except as set forth in this Section 2.
