No Participant Employment Preference. Institution may inform Participants that they may apply for suitable posted positions with DSHS. Institution shall not represent to any participant that a participant's job training, or unpaid work experience, will result in special consideration or special advantage relative to employment with DSHS. Note this provision is not applicable to existing DSHS employees who choose to enroll in an existing DSHS-sponsored internship or residency program.
