No payout for sick leave. Upon the termination of an employee’s employment, whether at the instance of the employee or the Employer or by reason of death or retirement, no payment shall be made to the employee or to his/her estate on account of accumulated but unutilized sick leave credits.

  • Eligibility for Sick Leave Subject to the provisions herein, employees and officers (hereinafter called "employees") who are absent from their duties because of illness or disability are eligible for sick leave.
