No Show Rides. If a member fails to cancel an authorized ride prior to the scheduled ride time and fails to show for the ride, Inclusa shall reimburse a no show fee as specified in the Provider Subcontract Agreement.

No Smoking All District properties are tobacco-free zones; Contractor is prohibited from using any tobacco product on District property.

Promotions The anniversary date of a promoted employee is determined as for a new employee in Subsection 5.3.A above.
