No Strike Agreement. Section 16.1 There shall not be authorized by the Union any strike, slowdown, sick-out, or any other stoppage of work. The District shall not lock out any employee covered by this Agreement. Should a strike, slowdown, sick-out, or other stoppage of work by the Union occur, the Union shall immediately instruct its members to return to work. If the members of the Union do not resume work as required by this Agreement immediately upon being so instructed, they shall be subject to discipline, including discharge.
