No Strike/No Lockout Provision. 5:1 The Association agrees that during the period of the Agreement, it shall not, nor shall any person acting in its behalf, overtly cause, authorize, or support a strike arising as a result of disputes over interpretation of this Agreement or any other matter over which the Board has jurisdiction. The Board also agrees that it shall not lock out employees for the duration of this Agreement.
