NO STRIKE, NO LOCKOUTS. 20.01 During the lifetime of this Agreement, the Union agrees that there will be no strike, slowdown or picketing which will interfere with the regular schedule of work and the Employer agrees that it will not cause a lock-out. 20.02 The provisions and future amendments regarding strikes and lock-outs contained in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, 1995, shall be deemed to be part of this Agreement.
