NO STRIKE, NO LOCKOUTS. 1. Neither the Union nor any Residential Counselor will engage in a strike, sympathy strike, work stoppage, or withholding of services for the duration of this Agreement. 2. For the duration of this Agreement there will be no lockouts. 3. In the event of any violation of Section 1 of this article by a Residential Counselor, the Agency will notify the Union. Any Residential Counselor who engages in any of the activities covered in this article may be subject to discharge. 4. This article may be enforced through the arbitration provision of this collective bargain Agreement.
