No Third Parties’ Rights. This Agreement is not for the benefit of any ------------------------ third party and shall not be deemed to grant any right or remedy to any third party, whether or not referred to in this Agreement.
No Third Parties’ Rights. A person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623) of Hong Kong (the “Third Party Ordinance”) to enforce any term of this Agreement but this shall not affect any right or remedy which exists or is available apart from the Third Party Ordinance. The consent of any such person not being a party to this Agreement shall not be required for any amendment or modification to, or termination of, this Agreement.
No Third Parties’ Rights. Any person or entity who is not a party to this Contract shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623, Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any terms of this Contract.
No Third Parties’ Rights. The parties do not intend that this Agreement and any SOWs will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 by any person not a party to this Agreement. Accordingly, no provision of this Agreement will in any way inure to the benefit of any third person (including the public, at large) so as to constitute any such person a third-party beneficiary of the Agreement or any of the terms hereof, or otherwise give rise to any cause of action in any person not a party hereto.
No Third Parties’ Rights. This Agreement is made with the Customer. The provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) shall not apply to this Agreement. A person who is not a Party herein shall have no right under the said Act to enforce any provisions of this Agreement.
No Third Parties’ Rights. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to confer upon any person, other than the parties hereto and their permitted successors and assigns, any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.
