Business Membership. A Business Membership is a membership purchased by, and in the name of a business of responsible credit background. The business may own one or more memberships. The business must assign one employee as the assigned user for each Business Membership owned. The business may change the assigned user from time to time by providing 30 days’ advance written notice to the Club and upon payment of a change of assignment charge. The business owning the Business Membership and the assigned user are jointly and severally liable for all dues, charges and obligations incurred on the membership account. The Club shall place any Business Membership without an assigned user on Leave of Absence status. The Business must pay the prevailing Leave of Absence dues for each membership on Leave of Absence status. Except as provided in this paragraph, all other terms and conditions of Membership apply to the respective Business Membership.

Business Membership. No business shall be eligible for membership without substantiting its legal existence by providing such documentation the Credit Union may reasonably require. To join the Credit Union you must meet the membership require- ments including purchase and maintenance of at least one (1) share (“membership share”) also known henceforward as savings minimum balance as set forth in the Credit Union’s Bylaws. You agree to complete a Business Membership Application and you authorize us to check your Account, credit history and employment, and obtain reports from third parties, including credit reporting agencies, to verify your eligibility for the Accounts and services you request at the Credit Union. Business membership in Partner Colorado Credit Union is open to Sole Proprietorships, General Partnerships (including joint ventures), Limited Liability Companies (LLCs), Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), Corporations, Limited Partnerships and Unincorporated Associations that are located in the geographic area established in the Credit Union’s bylaws. Your membership may terminate if you close this account.
Business Membership. As between you and others (including your employer), your account belongs to you. However, if the Services were purchased by another party for you to use (e.g. Recruiter seat bought by your employer), the party paying for such Service has the right to control access to and get reports on your use of such paid Service; however, they do not have rights to your personal account.

The following are persons authorized (“Authorized Persons”) to establish and act on behalf of the business member with respect to accounts held at the credit union: - If the business member is a sole proprietor, the business owner and any other person designated by the business owner; - If the business member is a partnership, each partner or general partner in the case of a limited partnership and any person designated by the partners; - If the business member is an organization or is an unincorporated organization or association, the individuals vested with the power to make decisions concerning the operation of the business member must designate the Authorized Persons to establish accounts at the credit union and transact business on such accounts on behalf of the business member. Authorized Persons are vested with the authority to open and close accounts, obtain loans, sign notes and credit agreements, pledge, assign, mortgage or otherwise grant a security interest on behalf of the business member, and transact any business of any nature on such accounts including but not limited to the following: - Depositing, withdrawing and transferring funds into, out of and between one or more accounts; - Signing drafts, checks and other orders of payment or withdrawals; - Issuing instructions regarding orders of payment or withdrawals; - Endorsing any check, draft, share certificate and other instrument or order for pa...
