Common use of Non-Accrual of Service or Benefits Clause in Contracts

Non-Accrual of Service or Benefits. A nurse will not lose 8 previously accrued benefits as provided in this Agreement but will not accrue 9 additional benefits during the term of a properly authorized leave of absence.

Non-Accrual of Service or Benefits. A nurse will not lose 8 33 previously accrued benefits as provided in this Agreement to the extent protected 1 by the law and/or the collective bargaining agreement, but will not accrue 9 2 additional benefits during the term of a properly authorized leave of absence.
