Common use of Non-committee Member Staff Clause in Contracts

Non-committee Member Staff. The Parties may invite any of their staff to participate in Committee meetings. The Province may invite up to two representatives from Canada to sit as observers on the Committee. For greater certainty, the staff and representative(s) from Canada will not be considered members and will not be allowed to vote.
