Common use of Non-Contractual Employees Clause in Contracts

Non-Contractual Employees. Personnel employed on a non-contractual hourly basis shall be entitled to paid sick leave as their assignment relates proportionallyto that of a full-time employee of 8. 1.1.1 at the rate of one hour for every eighteen (18) hours of paid certificated service.
