Non-Credit Courses In all cases, no tuition remission shall be made for courses not carrying academic credit, with the exception of nursery school. Individuals may take noncredit courses for one- half of the normal course fee, but no person will be allowed to take two or more such courses simultaneously at this rate. Registration will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis with no more than twenty percent of the total available places being held for this purpose. A course not being closed on the first day of class may have additional individuals admitted at one-half of the normal course fee.
OFFSET CREDIT/COOPERATION This Contract has been entered into in direct support of LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x international offset programs. All offset benefit credits resulting from this Contract are the sole property of LOCKHEED XXXXXX to be applied to the offset program of its choice. SELLER shall assist LOCKHEED XXXXXX in securing appropriate offset credits from the respective country government authorities.

Extended Health Benefit Reimbursement is provided for many types of services, such as registered nurse, physiotherapist, wheelchairs, braces, crutches, ambulance service, chiropractors, to name a few. Pre-authorization is required for the rental and/or purchase of all durable equipment and all Nursing Care/Home Care benefits. Certain dollar amounts or time period maximums apply. It is important to note that reimbursement under the extended health care benefit is made at 80% of covered eligible expenses up to $5,000; expenses over $5,000 and less than $10,000 are reimbursed at 90%, and expenses over $10,000 are reimbursed at 100% in any calendar year. The insurer will pay 100% of the reasonable and customary charges (subject to any benefit maximums) for expenses, such as hospital, physician, return home and other expenses as outlined in the employee booklet. Coverage under Group Travel Insurance is limited to a maximum of ninety (90) days per trip for travel within Canada. Coverage commences from the actual date of departure from your province of residence. Coverage under Group Travel Insurance is limited to thirty (30) days per trip for travel outside Canada. Coverage commences from the actual date of departure from Canada. A person with an existing medical condition must be stable for 3 months prior to travelling. Stable means there has been no period of hospitalization, no increase or modification in treatment or prescribed medication, or no symptom for which a reasonably prudent person would consult a physician. Stable dosage does not apply to diabetics. Additional coverage is available from Great-West Life on an optional pay all basis.
COMMITMENT OF THE PARTIES By signing9 this document, the teaching staff member, the sending institution/enterprise and the receiving institution confirm that they approve the proposed mobility agreement. The sending higher education institution supports the staff mobility as part of its modernisation and internationalisation strategy and will recognise it as a component in any evaluation or assessment of the teaching staff member. The teaching staff member will share his/her experience, in particular its impact on his/her professional development and on the sending higher education institution, as a source of inspiration to others. The teaching staff member and the beneficiary institution commit to the requirements set out in the grant agreement signed between them. The teaching staff member and the receiving institution will communicate to the sending institution/enterprise any problems or changes regarding the proposed mobility programme or mobility period. In the case of invited staff from enterprises to teach in Partner Country HEIs, this agreement must be signed by the participant, the Programme Country HEI as beneficiary; the Partner Country HEI receiving the staff member and the Programme Country enterprise (four signatures in total). An additional space will be added for signature of the Programme Country HEI organising the mobility. For invited staff from enterprises to teach in Programme Country HEIs, it will be sufficient with the signature of the staff member, the Programme Country HEI and the sending organisation (three signatures in total, same as in mobility between Programme Countries).
Temporary Credit for Unamortized Specified Road Construction Cost When, under B8.33, Contracting Officer orders a delay or interruption of Purchaser’s Operations for more than 30 days when scheduled operations would be occurring but for the order, the Contracting Officer shall credit the unamortized cost of Specified Roads to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account, upon the written request of Purchaser or at the discretion of Contracting Officer. The amount credited to Purchaser shall be limited to stumpage paid above Base Rates. Any Specified Road construction cost credited to Purchaser pursuant to this Subsection may be refunded or transferred at the request of Purchaser. However, if Purchaser has outstanding debt owing the United States, Contracting Officer must apply the amount of credit that could be refunded to the debt owed in accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, as amended. Upon written notice from Contracting Officer that the basis for the delay or interruption no longer exists, Purchaser shall pay for timber a per unit amount, in addition to Current Contract Rates, that is equal to the amount credited to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account divided by 80 percent of the estimated remaining volume of the contract, until the full amount credited to Purchaser has been returned.
