NON-DEPARTMENTAL GRIEVANCES. Grievances resulting from decisions or actions outside the work group chain-of-command shall be initiated by the Unit member and/or Unit member’s representative with the Director of the work group from which the decisions or actions occurred, and will follow the procedures as detailed in Section 3 of this Article.
