  • Non-Discrimination in Employment 9.3.1 CONTRACTOR shall comply with Executive Order 11246, entitled “Equal Employment Opportunity,” as amended by Executive Order 11375, and as supplemented in Department of Labor regulations (Title 41 CFR Part 60).

  • Nondiscrimination in Employment Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on any basis prohibited by law. Contractor shall provide equal opportunity in all employment practices. Consultants shall ensure that their subcontractors comply with this program. Contractor shall incorporate by reference in all subcontracts the provisions of Sections12B.2(a), 12B.2(c)-(k), and 12C.3 of the San Francisco Administrative Code and shall require all subcontractors to comply with such provisions. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapters 12B and 12C.
