EDCO Collaborative does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, pregnancy and related conditions, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital/civil union status, ancestry, place of birth, age, citizenship status, veteran status, political affiliation, or disability, in the administration of its educational policies, administrative policies, scholarship or loan programs, athletic and other school administered programs or in employment. The Board's policy of nondiscrimination will extend to students, applicants, staff, the general public, and individuals with whom it does business. This Collaborative Agreement shall not be effective until approved by the Member Districts as indicated on the signatory page, and the Massachusetts Board of Elementary and Secondary Education.
